We built Wellwise, the Shopify store behind Shoppers Drug Mart’s health and wellness e-commerce brand, from design to launch.
Context
Wellwise is Shoppers Drug Mart’s dedicated health and wellness e-commerce brand, covering home health and daily living: mobility aids, bathroom safety, braces and supports, sleep and more.
Challenge
Health products need clear information and a calm, trustworthy experience. The store had to carry a deep, specialised catalog and still feel easy for anyone to shop, including caregivers buying for someone else.
Approach
We designed for clarity first: navigation organised by need, product pages that lead with the details that matter, and a mobile experience as considered as the desktop one.
