A headless Shopify build for SABAH: a custom frontend on Shopify’s commerce engine for a brand of handmade leather shoes.
Context
SABAH makes leather shoes by hand, one pair at a time, with expert craftspeople in East Turkey and West Texas. Its customers come back for the quality, the versatility and a steady rhythm of new collections.
Challenge
A craft brand with frequent collection drops needs a storefront as distinctive as its shoes. A standard theme could not deliver the motion, layout freedom and feel the brand wanted.
Approach
We built a custom frontend on top of Shopify, keeping Shopify’s checkout, catalog and operations while giving the brand full control over layout, animation and storytelling.
